Regarding Proof of Age

Due to the large number young adults attending screenings of The Inbetweeners Movie over the weekend. We posted this statement on Facebook regarding the matter;

A lot of people were angry about I.D. today, I'm sorry but when young adults come to see film rated 15, it's our responsibly to ask for Identification. If you are coming to The Regent Cinema, please bring a form of I.D. that can confirm your date of birth or have a parent/guardian come in to confirm your age.

The cinema would be in risk of loosing it's licence if under age patrons are let into the cinema. That is the last thing we want for the cinema.
